1. Site Clearance & Soil Preparation

• Removal of old turf, moss, and root matter
• Ground levelled and compacted, where necessary
• Drainage correction, if needed
   

2. Soil Conditioning & Base Improvement

• Fresh topsoil added, where required
• Lime, sand, or organic matter blended in 
• Deep decompaction if the sub-base is poor

• High-performance, weed-free turf
• Laid with expert accuracy and attention to edges
• Requires watering during establishment
• Ready for light use in 2–3 weeks (weather permitting)
   

Seeding (where suitable)

• Ideal for larger areas or tighter budgets
• Specialist seed blends (shade-tolerant, hard-wearing, fine finish)
• Slower establishment, but fully rooted in 6–10 weeks (weather permitting)
• Requires watering and consistent care during establishment
   

4. Professional Aftercare

• Watering plan and first mow guidance
• Follow-up fertiliser treatments
• Optional: Wetting agents or protective treatments
• Ongoing maintenance advice or tailored treatment programmes
