The ground work for this large lawn had been cleared following building work, so we top dressed and levelled the area ready for seeding. Germination sheets were then added to improve and establish germination. The customer used sprinklers to keep moisture levels up. The results speak for themselves!

This garden had many years of neglect due to ongoing building work. Due to low and uneven levels we raised the lawn area with rootzone (a premium sand/soil mix). Rootzone has great drainage ability. High quality turf was laid for an instant transformation. We installed an irrigation system to help out in the drier months.

This customer wanted to improve the appearance of their garden and opted for new turf for an instant transformation. First, we sprayed off the existing lawn with weed killer and returned a few weeks later to rotavate, level out with top soil and laid high quality turf. The customer was thrilled with the difference it made!

In August 2025, we carried out a new lawn construction to this property which had suffered lawn damage during building work. We rotavated and re-levelled with topsoil. This customer wanted a new lawn. We sprayed off the existing lawn with Herbicide to kill off weeds. Two weeks later we returned to rotavate, and added top soil to bring the new lawn to level. This lawn suffered with drought conditions and damage after a new patio was laid. It was in desperate need for some TLC! We scarified, aerated, overseeded, top dressed and added fertiliser. Within a couple of months it looked like a completely different lawn!
